The Flight Tracker installation was designed for Windows XP.  The demo can viewed on Windows 7 and 8 by installing the DOSBox application. Click here for more information on DOSBox.

After downloading the demo install application run “FT204D_SetUp.exe” and follow instructions. When installation is complete a new icon will be created on your desktop (Flight Tracker 2.04D Demo) and a new Flight Tracker 2.04D menu item will be added to the “Start Menu-> Program Files-> Montreal AeroPlus-> Flight Tracker”

Windows XP double click on the newly created icon and start evaluating.

 Windows 7 or 8: Run "DOSBox" after configuring as shown below.

Flight Tracker is located on mounted drive f: and called "FT2.exe".

System requirements:

- Personal computer (Pentium I or better)
- 256 k memory
- 1 GB hard disk
- Compatible SVGA video card
- Mouse
- Standard, EPP or ECP Parallel printer interface
- Microsoft Windows XP Operating System

(Note: Windows 2.04D has not been tested on MS DOS, MS Windows 9X or 2000, NT)

Note:
This software comes with different graphic drivers to support different graphic adapter. It will sequentially try the most common drivers first. If you get a message stating that the driver is incompatible, run the program again and it will automatically try the next driver.

Viewing Flight Tracker demo on MS Windows 7 and 8 using DOSBox

Click here to download DOSBox. After downloading DOSBox run “DOSBox 0.74 Options.bat” and add the following lines in the “[autoexec]” .

mount f c:\Progra~2\Montre~1\Flight~1
f:
ft2
exit

Save file in notepad and exit.

When DOSBox is started it will automatically start Flight Tracker.
